Dynamite is proud to announce that the acclaimed Joseph Michael Linsner will, for the first time ever, launch a crossover event sharing the spotlight between his beloved creator-owned heroine Dawn and the comic book horror icon Vampirella.  Dedicated fans of the two femme fatales can enjoy the six-issue Dawn / Vampirella series when it debuts in early 2014, featuring a whimsical script and breathtaking covers by Linsner himself.

In Dawn / Vampirella, a ten-headed demon named Ravana tricks Dawn and Vampirella, snatching them away and holding them hostage.  With the two most beautiful women in all worlds at his mercy, Ravana wishes to select one as a mate to usher in a new age.  Rather than a challenge of physical prowess, the ladies choose a more sophisticated and feminine contest, facing each other instead in a competition of storytelling prowess.  If Dawn wins, the new age will be one of light.  If Vampirella wins, it will be an age of darkness.  Together, they take Ravana to the bloody shores of Drakulon, to post-apocalyptic New York, and to worlds beyond his wildest dreams.  Ultimately, the ladies know that they must join forces to overcome him… but what common ground can be found between Goddess and Vampire?

New Ongoing SHE-HULK Series By Soule & Pulido Begins In February 2014

SHE-HULK SMASHES INTO NEW ONGOING SERIES FOR ALL-NEW MARVEL NOW!

SHE-HULK

Press Release

This February, She-Hulk makes her All-New Marvel NOW! debut in a bombastic new series from critically acclaimed creative team of Charles Soule & Javier Pulido!

“We’re thrilled to be able to launch She-Hulk’s new book with Charles and Javier!” said series editor Jeanine Schaefer. “Of course, Charles being a practicing lawyer himself will definitely lend that extra authenticity to her day to day, but both of these guys are the best when they’re riding that line between street level and super hero, a line She-Hulk lives on. “

Jennifer Walters is an Avenger, member of the FF, savior of the world on more than one occasion, and has a pile of degrees. Not to mention being 7-feet tall with a right hook strong enough to take out The Thing. But even her big brains and bigger brawn might not be enough for to tackle her full case load and kicking some bad-guy butt.

Green Lantern #24

DC Comics goes LIGHTS OUT in October 2013 in their Green Lantern titles.

According to DC Comics, the Lights Out crossover event that begins in October and spans the entire Green Lantern Universe, will change it forever!… Or at least what forever means in comic book terms these days.

Here is the press release from DC and several preview pages from Green Lantern #24 with art by Billy Tan.

Press Release

This October, “Lights Out” will span across all of the GREEN LANTERN family titles. And earlier this week, Relic’s Villains Month one-shot hit stores and set the stage for this epic crossover event that will change the Green Lantern universe forever.

“There are seven different colors of the emotional spectrum, each of them represented by their own corps. Green Lanterns wear rings powered by will, Red Lanterns rage, Yellow Lanterns fear, and so on,” GREEN LANTERN writer Robert Venditti explained. “For reasons none of the Lanterns are sure of, the rings have been malfunctioning lately. Enter Relic, a remnant of the universe before ours, who thinks he knows what’s wrong with the rings and has a solution. Unfortunately, ridding the universe of every last Lantern is part of that solution.”
