MCBA Presents SpringCon 2012!
On May 19th & 20th, The Midwest Comic Book Association will hold their annual SpringCon in the Grandstand at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. As usual, there will be hundreds of guests to meet, plenty of dealers selling great items, several panels to attend, and cosplayers galore!
This year, we at Comic Book Critic will be attending SpringCon and will have information and photos from the show to share with you.
Some of the guests attending the show are: Terry Beatty, Mitch Gerads, Gene Ha, Jamal Igle, Dan Jurgens, Doug Mahnke, Tom Nguyen, Doug Paszkiewicz, Don Rosa, and Bill Willingham.
If you’re in or around the Twin Cities and plan on attending, here is some information on the show. We also have a current list of the confirmed guests and dealers, but as usual, there are always more additions as the date draws closer.

That’s right! The MCBA is returning to the 80,000 square foot Minnesota State Fair Grandstand. This spacious, historical Grandstand provides enough room for all of the extreme comic book action to take place under one roof, in one giant room! See Number 28 on the fairgrounds map.

Generally ticket sales begin at around 9:30AM. We do this so that when the doors open to the public at 10AM everyone can get in right away.
