Today the 2011 Harvey Awards Nominees were announced with the release of the final ballot. The Harvey Awards will be presented by the Executive Committees of the Harvey Awards and the Baltimore Comic-Con on August 20th, 2011 at the Baltimore Comic-Con in Baltimore, Maryland.
