Marvel Comics wasn’t going to be left out of the news, no matter how much Before Watchmen just utterly dominated the comics industry today.

A posting on their website was very plain, simple, and completely devoid of any information whatsoever. It didn’t even have any text, save the “Spider-Men” title of the post.

Many different artists have given us their interpretations of superheroes and supervillains over the years. We’ve seen hundreds of artists work on long established characters such as Superman, Batman, Captain America, and The Joker. But imagine if an artist like Pablo Picasso tried his hand at those characters?

Well, you don’t have to imagine it any longer. Mike Esparza gives us his interpretation of what those characters would look like if the master painter Pablo Picasso had decided to paint them. The attention to the detailed marriage of Picasso’s style and the characters’ likeness and costume is what makes his interpretations so great.

Amazing Spider-Man HD Trailer

After grainy footage of the Amazing Spider-Man teaser trailer hit the web, Sony officially released an HD version of the trailer online. The trailer features some vertigo-inducing point-of-view camera footage towards the end. I’m sure some people might be closing their eyes during the 3-D version of that sequence!

The trailer will receive its theatrical release with Marvel’s “Captain America: The First Avenger.”
