We at Comic Book Critic strive to make this site informative and entertaining to our audience. In order to provide the service that we do, it’s inevitable that we take on some form of advertising.
The revenue, if any, that comes from our advertisers goes directly towards helping to pay for our hosting and any costs incurred in running this site. If there is any left over, we use it to acquire tools, such as software to make it easier to update the site and materials for review purposes.
All revenue that we receive goes right back into the site to make it better for everyone that visits.
All we ask, is that if you’re running any ad blocking software or browser plugins, please disable them when visiting our site.
We try to keep the site as uncluttered as possible with our ads. The large banners are at the bottom of the page so as to not to fill the screen and we have most of our ads on the sidebars with delayed loading so they don’t slow down the page rendering.
We are an Amazon affiliate and all the items that show up on the ads are personally selected by me. These are items that I have either read and/or highly recommend to a comic book fan; they’re not just any arbitrary items.
